1. Anyone with a new-style photocard license will also need to provide the paper part.

2. A deposit will be necessary before you leave. This will be cancelled or returned on the van's safe return.

3. As well as a driving license we will require 2 forms of ID, this can include a passport, recent bank statement, recent utility bill, etc. We will inform you of the requirements when booking.

4. Our fuel policy - you will be expected to return the vehicle with the same amount as when you left.

5. All of our vans run on diesel fuel. You will be liable for the cost of sorting out any fuel mistakes. Filler caps are labelled with the fuel type - please remember to check.

6. All hire vans up to and including Luton/box vans can be driven on a standard car license (Category B license) as they will have a maximum gross/laden weight of 3.5 tonnes or less.

7. Anyone wishing to drive a 7.5t truck will need a Category C1 entitlement on their licenses. If you took your car test before 01/01/1997, you should already have this. Anyone who has taken their car test since 01/01/1997 will need to take a separate Category C1 test.
